  A tool used for trial test run times. It acts as a substitute for a clutch.

  A tool that guides the piston into the middle of the cylinder block during the engine assembly line.

  ◆Engine Assembly Pallet
  We manufacture various types of pallets such as assembly pallets essential to work flow, and the conveyor pallets indispensable for distribution.

  ◆Various Templates
  This tool is used to visually confirm whether the cutting surface is correct. The Templates also process acrylic boards.

Design and Manufacture of Labor Saving Equipment.

We perform designing, manufacturing, and assembly from small measuring equipment like table size and labor saving machines such as leak testers.

  ◆Simultaneous inner/outer diameter measuring equipment
  The area to be measured as it is fed by conveyor is picked and placed into the equipment, which then simultaneously measures the inner and outer diameter of the piece at four points.

  ◆Rijke Tube Tester
  A physics experiment tool offered to certain universities. It handles special one-off items that are used at the experiment site.

  ◆Fine Hole Drilling Machine
  This is a device that supplies parts by an articulated robot, and drills fine holes diagonally to the piece.

  The stamping equipment stamps letters on the outer surface of the flywheel.
